About Cyber-Circuit

Cyber-Circuit tests its claims against evidence.

Cyber-Circuit is focused on one hard problem: keeping an AI agent's authority bounded, and stopping the agent for good the moment it oversteps, with a record you can check.

The system is built around fixed policy rather than a model's judgment, explicit refusal, enforcement that stays in place until a person lifts it, and hash-linked evidence of every decision and action.

Principles

What the system refuses to compromise.

Evidence before assertion

Claims stay inside what the evidence supports.

Fail closed

When the system can't be sure, it denies. Uncertainty never widens authority.

Deterministic by design

Allow and deny come from fixed policy. No language model sits in the enforcement path.

Bounded claims

Cyber-Circuit does not claim general host containment or network-wide detection.

The limits described on this page are the ones the software actually has — we'd rather publish them than have you discover them in production.

Origin

Built by Quantum Clarity LLC

Cyber-Circuit is a product of Quantum Clarity LLC. The product carries forward a principle developed through Quantum Clarity’s research work: technical claims should be testable, inspectable, reproducible, and honestly bounded.

Earlier work, including evidence-bounded change assurance for AWS IAM, is on the Research page. It is not the current product.
